      新冠滅活疫苗生產車間暖通空調系統淺析

      摘要:

      結合建設經驗及對相關規范的理解,介紹了新冠滅活疫苗生產車間中生物安全防護區暖通空調系統設計要點,從送排風系統、氣流組織、壓差梯度控制、空調自控等方面進行了詳細闡述,建議新冠滅活疫苗生產車間空調通風系統送排風機均設置備用風機,防護區排風系統采用雙級原位檢漏過濾裝置,并考慮定向氣流、風口位置等因素滿足生物安全的要求,制定合適的定、變風量閥控制策略,滿足防護區壓力恒定及工況轉換的要求。

      Abstract:

      Through the summary of the construction experience and understanding of the relevant specifications, this paper presents the key technical points of HVAC system in the biosafety protection zone in the COVID-19 inactivated vaccine production workshop and elaborates the design details from the aspects of air supply system, exhaust system, air distribution, pressure gradient control, air conditioning auto-control system and so on. It is suggested that the standby fans should be arranged for air supply fans and exhaust fans in HVAC system of the workshop and the two-stage in-situ leak detection and filtration device should be adopted in the exhaust system in the protection zone. The directional air flow, air inlet or outlet location and other factors should be considered to meet the requirements of biological safety. Appropriate control strategies for constant and variable air volume valves should be formulated to meet the requirements of constant pressure and working condition conversion in the protection zone.
